The Florence Flex referral programme is open to all care professionals registered with

To make a valid introduction the Referer must complete the webforms on

Referrals will only be eligible if the referred care professional (Referee) has not already registered with Florence via any other channel.

If a referred care professional is sent by multiple Referrers, whichever Referrer submitted their introduction first will be deemed as the Referrer and receive the reward.

To constitute a successful referral, the Referee must:
A. be fully registered (compliant) by midnight 30th June 2021
B. and/or have worked their first shift and submitted a timesheet by midnight 31st July 2021

A fully registered care professional is one that has completed all of their checks including, but not limited to; DBS, NMC, references and mandatory training.

The Referrer will receive £150 after the introduced care professional(s) have worked and submitted their first timesheet.

The Referred care professional will also receive £150 after they have worked and submitted their first timesheet.

Rewards will be subject to the usual tax deductions.

The Referrer must have explicit consent from the Referee to share their details with Florence Flex.

In the event of a dispute regarding a referred care professional, the decision of Florence is final.
