Andrew also supervises ongoing compliance of health and social care professionals by working with the Governance Team to ensure training, professional registrations and certifications are kept up to date.

Passionate about cross-functional transformation, she leverages technology to tackle healthcare staffing shortages. Lauren oversees customer service, recruitment, compliance, and operational excellence at Florence. Known for turning chaos into clarity, she believes in collaboration and the power of a good coaching session. Her mission? To create a stellar user experience and scale Florence across the UK and beyond. Lauren is a dot-connector extraordinaire, an insatiably curious mind, and her team’s biggest cheerleader. Mohammed has been the deputy data protection officer and quality assurance lead at Florence since 2018.
He’s in charge of the incident management system, deals with adverse events correctly and effectively, and supports care professionals through investigations. He also works with external bodies like the NMC, police and safeguarding.
