Enable Care specialises in offering one-to-one nursing care and rehabilitation services for individuals with acquired brain injuries (ABI) and other neurological conditions. Due to their reliance on agency support for staffing, Director of Nursing, Rachael Ellis, turned to Florence for a streamlined solution to save time, reduce costs and ensure outstanding care for residents.
“At Enable Care, I make sure we stick to policies and procedures, deal with issues appropriately and maintain proper staffing levels.
