The Florence care home referral programme is open to all care professionals registered with www.florence.co.uk (Referrer).
To make a valid introduction the Referrer must send the sharing link provided via the program.
Referrals will only be eligible if the referred care home (Referee) has not already registered with Florence via any other channel.
If a referred care home is sent by multiple Referrers, whichever Referrer submitted their introduction first will be deemed as the Referrer and receive the reward.
To constitute a successful referral, the Referee must:
A. register with Florence and post a shift
B. approve the associated timesheet within 30 days of signing up with Florence
A fully registered care home is one that has completed the Florence onboarding process.
The Referrer will receive £400 after the introduced care home(s) have posted a shift and approved the associated timesheet within 30 days of signing up with Florence.
Rewards will be subject to the usual tax deductions.
The Referrer must have explicit consent from the Referee to share their details with Florence.
In the event of a dispute regarding a referred care professional, the decision of Florence is final.
