About Cavell Nurses’ Trust
Cavell Nurses’ Trust is the charity supporting UK nurses, midwives and healthcare assistants, both working and retired, when they’re suffering personal or financial hardship often due to illness, disability, older age, domestic abuse and the impact of the coronavirus.
From essential support like money to repair a broken cooker or boiler, to vital life-changing aid like helping a family flee their home due to domestic abuse, Cavell Nurses’ Trust provides the funds to help and support nurses in hardship.
About the Care Workers’ Charity
The Care Workers’ Charity supports care workers with one-off crisis grants - needed more than ever now many carers have lost their income during the coronavirus pandemic.
Grants are provided to people who have worked in the UK’s care sector and are involved in or support the provision of care, supporting our society's most vulnerable people. This includes those who have been involved in residential social care, home care, supported living care or day care.
