Florence Academy is now Skills for Care endorsed

We're excited to announce Florence Academy has been given official endorsement by Skills for Care, the workforce development and planning body for adult social care in England.

Academy offers 75+ CSTF-aligned & CPD-accredited courses for nurses, care assistants and support workers, giving care professionals the skills, community and tools needed to thrive in adult social care.

What does being Skills for Care endorsed mean?

The endorsement is  given to the best learning and development providers within the adult social care sector, and we're so proud to have received it.

Our CEO and founder Dr. Charles Armitage says: To have been endorsed by the Skills for Care development body is an important professional stamp of approval. The news marks another important milestone in the growth of the Academy and the indispensable training services it provides. I believe it is testament to the work we are doing to support the nation’s care workers and the way we provide the building blocks for each stage in an individual's learning and development.

“At Florence, we’re committed to delivering the highest quality care and support, now and in the future. Training and community are right at the core of our product; we’re providing clear and digestible training programmes to help drive real change in the lives of both care professionals and those they care for. It is essential that the workforce feels equipped to take on the many challenges which come as part of this career path, we’re here to provide that mental equipment.”
