We offer a straightforward audit process with clear pricing:
£500 per agency audit plus VAT
No setup fees or hidden costs
You decide which agencies to audit, there's no requirement to audit all your suppliers
What happens if your audit highlights concerns with one of our agencies?
We score every agency audit in three parameters: clear pass, minor fail or serious fail. If an agency achieves a minor fail (an example of this may be missing mandatory training certificates), we will alert you and give the agency the opportunity to remedy the error. If an agency achieves a serious fail (any fail that risks resident safety, repuptational harm or legal recourse), we will recommend that you remove them from your panel.
