About this course

The Florence Academy Pathway to Care Programme introduces the adult social care sector to anyone that is interested in working in care or even those who already work in care and want to refresh their knowledge. It covers what many experienced care workers would consider as common sense and offers lots of practical tips and best practice guidance from industry experts.

It has been divided into 11 modules, each with short chapters that can be completed in bite-size chunks at the learner’s own pace. Many of the chapters contain videos and pointers for reflective learning and each chapter has a self-assessment question so learners can check that they have picked up the key points before moving to the next chapter.

The Pathway to Care Programme can be completed in any order, with certificates provided for each module completed.
