Now in its 15th year, the LaingBuisson Awards celebrate businesses that set new standards of excellence within care - and we’re thrilled to be part of the shortlist.
Why Florence is a finalist
We’ve joined the Innovation in Health Tech category because we’re changing the game in social care.
Florence’s mission is to set a new standard for social care staffing. Our unique, innovative tech helps care providers and staff take control of their working lives, by booking shifts directly via our online marketplace.
By cutting out traditional agencies, both care providers and staff are offered a fairer, more flexible way of working together, allowing for the best delivery of care.
