Our Cost of Living Report explores the impact of the cost of living crisis on our vital healthcare workforce.

This report provides insight into the experiences of 2000 NHS and social care nurses, carers and support workers surveyed in September 2022.

Findings include:

• 76% say staff shortages are affecting quality of care

• 97% report feeling more burned out due to the cost of living crisis

• 45% say they or colleagues have used food banks recently
